- Free tier: Unlimited single-file SWP tagging
- Pro tier ($29.99/month): Batch processing, GPT Idea Builder, and document refinement with 180 uses per month
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary algorithms
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
5. Intellectual Property
The Symbol Word Protocol computational framework is protected by pending USPTO patent. You retain ownership of your uploaded content. We retain ownership of our algorithms, software, and the SWP methodology.
6. Subscription and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29.99. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the GPT Idea Builder is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated output.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
